Applications are invited on prescribed format (On-line) for the temporary post of "Senior Research Fellow” for the Project entitled “Development of a Rural Bioresources Complex in Tribal Districts of Western Odisha for Primary Processing and Value addition of Horticultural and Non-Timber Forest Produce”.

7. Job Description: Establishment of primary processing facilities for major non timber forest produce, a multi-purpose processing technology for preparation of various value added products, technology for preparation of biodegradable packages for marketing of the derived food products & an ITC enabled strategy for creating marketing-network for the derived products
8. Consolidated monthly compensation / Fellowship: ₹35000/- per month + HRA, if applicable
9. Essential Qualifications and experience:
i. M. Tech. in Food Science & Technology / Agricultural Processing/ Food Process Engineering/ Post Harvest Technology / Food Technology /Chemical Engineering / Biochemical Engineering
ii. Minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA at 10th, 12th, B. Tech. and M. Tech. level
iii. GATE / NET Qualified
iv. Minimum of two year work experiences after M Tech.
10. Desirable Qualifications / Exp: Work experience in Food Processing and processing of Non-Timber Forest produces
11. Accommodation: Bachelor / Married accommodation in the Institute may be provided subject to availability.
