Selection Process – CBT & Personal Interaction
The selection will be based on a Computer Based Test (CBT) and/or Personal Interaction as decided by the screening committee. The CBT consists of 100 multiple choice questions (50 Technical + 50 Aptitude) to be completed in 90 minutes. Shortlisted candidates (1:3 ratio) will be called for personal interaction. Final merit will combine CBT (80%) and Personal Interaction (20%). In case of no CBT, minimum 50% in personal interaction is required.
