Educational Qualification: B.Sc
1. Position : Consultant
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.
3. Experience:
a) Technical knowledge on Servers, Network Devices, Storages, Security elements & operating systems environment.
b) Must be familiar with other IT management technologies and have a working knowledge of IT operations and management.
c) Knowledge & experience in defining the policies of ITSM modules like Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Catalogue, Knowledge management
d) Experience in MF monitoring tool for IT Infrastructure elements
e) Experience in security solutions
f) Experience in documentation/SOP's/policies
g) Understand infrastructure architecture
h) Identify development needs in order to improve and streamline operation/process
i) ITIL Certified an advantage
