Educational Qualification: Diploma, 10TH

A walk-in-interview will be held for selection of following hostel staff, which will be purely on ad-hoc basis for a period of one year as per hostel requirements and the consolidated pay as indicated below. Selected candidates shall work in various hostels/hostel offices as per the duty time followed, immediately on intimation of selection. They will not have any claim to continue the engagement in any post under NITC Hostels beyond the one year term.

1. Post Name: Adhoc Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical)

2. Qualification: Three year Diploma in Electrical Engineering with first class

3. Experience: Minimum three years experience as Electrical Maintenance Supervisor/ equivalent in a reputed institute

4. Remuneration: 16,000/-

1. Post Name: Cook

2. Qualification: Pass in relevant certificate course from a government institute is desirable

3. Experience: Minimum two years in cooking with different types of menu in any mess of a hostel/hotel & restaurant/catering service registered by the competent authority

4. Remuneration: Daily pay 600/-

1. Post Name: Electrical Attendant

2. Qualification: SSLC or equivalent and ITI/ITC in relevant trade

3. Experience: Minimum two years experience as Electrician in a reputed institute /firm

4. Remuneration: Daily pay 500/-
