2. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Joint General Manager (Finance): CA/CMA/MBA (Fin.)
- Manager (Finance): CA/CMA/MBA (Fin.)
- Manager (HR): MBA/Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in HR/Personnel Management.
- Dy. Manager (Finance): CA/CMA/MBA (Fin.)
Post-Qualification Experience
Cut-off Date for Experience: 30.11.2025
Experience must be in the relevant field. Candidates must have experience in Govt./PSUs/Autonomous Bodies or Private Sector with equivalent CTC/Pay Scale.
- JGM (Finance): 16 Years experience. Must have 2 years in the next below pay scale (Rs. 70,000-2,00,000) or equivalent CTC (Rs. 20.16 LPA).
- Manager (Finance/HR): 8 Years experience. Must have 2 years in the next below pay scale (Rs. 40,000-1,40,000) or equivalent CTC (Rs. 11.52 LPA).
- Dy. Manager (Finance): 3 Years experience. Must have 2 years in the next below pay scale (Rs. 30,000-1,20,000) or equivalent CTC (Rs. 8.64 LPA).
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD & Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt. rules
- Internal Candidates: No age bar
3. Selection Procedure
The selection process will depend on the number of applicants received. The criteria can be by way of:

- Any other appropriate way (decided by NPCC)
Final selection will be based on interview performance. Selected candidates will serve in any part of India/Abroad and will be on probation for one year.
