Job Profile & Responsibilities

The primary role of a Navy Bandsman is to perform instrumental music during various official functions, ceremonies, parades, and national events. This includes:

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Basic Pay: Rs. 19,900 - Rs. 63,200 per month.
• Grade Pay: Applicable as per government rules.
• Allowances: In addition to basic pay, they are entitled to various allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance, and other special duty allowances as admissible to Defence personnel.
