The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is the Indian military cadet corps. National Cadet Corps is a Tri-Services Organization, consisting of the Army, Navy and Air Force, which grooms the youth of the country into disciplined and patriotic citizens. NCC is a voluntary organization which recruits cadets from high schools, colleges and Universities all over the country. The Cadets joining NCC are given basic military training in small arms and parades. NCC Directorate Uttar Pradesh was established on 17th January 1950.
