North Eastern Hill University (NEHU) Invites Application for 2 Guest Lecturer Recruitment 2022

Applications on plain paper are invited from Indian citizens having the qualification mentioned below, for the posts of Guest Lecturer in the department of Information Technology, NEHU , for teaching in the upcoming even semester (February'2022 to May'2022) or till the appointment of regular faculty, whichever is earlier. Application along with complete Bio-data (mentioning contact mobile no. and email address) and photocopy of testimonials/certificates/mark-sheets are to reach the undersigned through post or email (email id: [email protected]) latest by 14th February 2022, 5.00 PM.

1. Post Name: Guest Lecturer

2. No. of Posts: 2 (Two)

3. Qualification: Essential: First class (or at least 60 % marks relaxable by 5 % for SC/S,T candidates) ) in M. Tech (Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Technology) from a recognized University

4. Desirable: Ph. D (Awarded/Thesis Submitted) in the above-mentioned disciplines from recognized University/ Institute or prior teaching experience willbe given preference. NET/GATE qualified candidates will get extra credit/ weightage.

5. The remuneration would be Rs 1500.00 per class subject to a maximum of Rs. 50,000.00 per month.

Selection Procedure

1. Mere fulfilling the eligibility criteria does not entitle a candidate a call for the Interview.

2. The shortlisted candidates will be notified the date and time of interview personally through email provided in the Biodata submitted along with the application. No application will be entertained after the date and time mentioned above .

3. No TAIDA shall be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview.
