Educational Qualification

• Option 1: Graduate Degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical preferred) along with a Construction Safety Certificate from a reputed institute.
• Option 2: Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical preferred) along with a Construction Safety Certificate from a reputed institute.

Age Limit

Post-Qualification Experience

• Total Experience: 05 years overall.
• Relevant Experience: 02 years in a similar position.
• Eligible Assignment: Must have completed at least one assignment in construction of passenger terminals (Railway/Metro/Airport/Bus) or commercial/institutional real estate projects with RCC/steel structure, HVAC, fire-fighting, etc.
