Raksha Shakti University Invites Application for Head Recruitment 2022

Rashtriya Raksha University invites an expression of interest for Head- International Cooperation Engagement to fulfill the objectives of the Rashtriya Raksha University from the interested candidate.

1.Title: Head- International Cooperation Engagement.

2.Essential and Minimum Qualification of the post: Graduation from any recognized University with a minimum of 03 to 05 years of experience in a similar capacity.

3.Duration: Initially 1 year and 3 days’ visit in a week at Lavad Camp of the University, depending upon the performance and needs of the University, the possibility of long-term appointment with competitive benefits and entitlements is strong.

4. Monthly remuneration: 30,000/- INR to 40,000/- INR People of Indian Origin, Overseas citizens of India, Returning Expatriates having worked in foreign institutions are strongly encouraged to apply. Serving personnel desiring to join and contribute to the growth and development of RRU are strongly encouraged to apply.

5.Skills and knowledge required:

a) Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2 level);

b) Ability to work in a global environment with strong awareness and ability towards engaging with all cultures and interests is essential, as is the possession and knowledge of principles, policies, and procedures to establish and develop international research and exchange programs which enables the interface between science and development communities.

c) Experience in and knowledge of International relations;

d) Excellent drafting skills (English), coordination and internal and external communication skills, analytical skills;

e) Team player - working with others, Analysis and problem solving, Drive for Results, Political Savvy and Strategic Agility, Multi-tasking

6. Duties and responsibilities of the post:

a) To handle International cooperation and engagements with various Police Academies, Police Universities, the Ministry of Interior for academics, training, research, and other mutual activities.

b) Support the implementation of engagement strategies with institutional partners, stakeholders, and/or international organizations to assist the awareness building and reputation management of the organization;

c) Assist in the coordination and/or the handling of inquiries from institutional partners, stakeholders, international organizations and/or the public at large;

d) To have close coordination with MEA to impart training and expertise in the area of Security and Policing under their various schemes.

e) To promote University and its activities worldwide.

f) Support actively the organization and preparation of events and other activities involving institutional and international partners and/or stakeholders;

g) To offer consultancy services to many countries in different areas.

h) To initiate different programs and projects for the students of the University.

i )Exchange of students, Exchange of faculty, sharing of expertise.  International student recruitment.

Selection Procedure

The short-listed candidates will be called for interviews (online/offline as per prevailing Covid-19 situation) after a due screening of the applications in the 3rd or 4th week of February 2022
