2. Scale of Pay: Rs. 180000-340000 (IDA)

3. Job Description And Responsibilities:

Director (Marketing) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to Chairman and Managing Director. He/ she heads the Marketing Division of the Company. He/ she is primarily responsible for marketing operations of the company, including formulation and implementation of the marketing policies keeping in view company’s profitability and objectives.

4. Qualification: The applicant should be a graduate with good academic record from a recognised University/ Institute. Applicants with MBA/ PGDM qualifications will have added advantage.

5. Experience: 

The applicant should have at least five years cumulative experience in a senior position in marketing during the last ten years which includes marketing/ sales/ business development in an organization of repute. Experience in the Fertilizer sector is desirable

6. Duration Of Appointment: The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier
