RITES Limited, a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, invites online applications for the recruitment of Engineering and Architecture Professionals on a regular basis. A total of 12 vacancies are available for DGM and Assistant Manager level posts across various specializations. Candidates with the prescribed educational qualifications and experience are eligible. Applications must be submitted online through the official RITES website from 03 September 2026 to 30 September 2026. The selection process includes document scrutiny, a written test (for Assistant Manager posts), and an interview.

Eligibility Criteria

DGM (Structural Engineer / Buildings)

• Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and Master's Degree in Structural Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 11 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in the design of multi-storied buildings including RCC, Steel and Composite Structures.
• Desirable: Knowledge of structural design software such as ETABS, STAAD, SAFE, etc.
• Age Limit: Maximum 41 years.

Assistant Manager (Structural Engineer / Buildings)

• Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and Master's Degree in Structural Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in the design of multi-storied buildings including RCC, Steel and Composite Structures.
• Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.

Assistant Manager (BIM Expert / Public Health Engineering)

• Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in the design of Water Supply, Drainage, Sewerage, STP and Fire Fighting Systems for building infrastructure.
• Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.

Assistant Manager / Architect (Healthcare / Hospital Expert)

• Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and Master's Degree in Healthcare Architecture.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in the planning and design of healthcare facilities such as hospitals and medical colleges.
• Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.

Assistant Manager (Architect / Building Expert)

• Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in the planning and design of building infrastructure including multi-storied buildings.
• Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.

Assistant Manager (Architect / Metro Rail Expert)

• Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in the planning and design of Metro Station buildings including underground stations.
• Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.
