Educational Qualification: Senior Manager (Ports & Waterways): Master’s Degree in Marine engineering & management; Ocean Structures / Engineering; Structural Engineering or equivalent /synonymous/ similar qualification. Manager (Ports & Waterways): Master’s Degree in Marine Engineering & Management; Ocean Structures/ Engineering; Structural Engineering or equivalent /synonymous/ similar qualification. Manager (Coastal Modelling): Master’s Degree in Coastal Engineering; Marine Engineering & Management; Ocean Structures/ Engineering or equivalent /synonymous/ similar qualification. Assistant Manager (Port Planning): Master’s Degree in Transport Engineering/Transport Planning /Urban Planning or equivalent/synonymous/similar qualification. Manager (Civil/PPS): Full time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with certification in project planning software like primavera or MS project. Assistant Manager (HR): MBA/PGDBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR /Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare/MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR / Personnel Management. Group General Manager (HR): MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR /Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR/Personnel Management. Pay Scale: INR 40000-280000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 53 Years.
