Educational Qualification: A Super-specialty Postgraduate qualification (DM/DNB) in Nephrology/Postgraduate qualification (MD/DNB) in Transfusion Medicine, recognized by the NMC/erstwhile MCI. DNB degree holders shall, in addition, also must satisfy the DM/MD equivalence criteria as per NMC norms, in force as on the last date of application
Experience: For Professor of Nephrology: A total of 11 years of teaching and/or research experience at a recognized teaching institution, after the obtaining DM/DNB degree of 3 years (or 6 years direct DM degree) duration or 12 years of teaching and/or research experience, after obtaining the degree of DM/DNB degree of 02 years (or 5 years direct DM degree) duration in the concerned specialty; as on last date for submission of applications. Out of total experience above, at least 3 years should have been as Associate Professor. b. For Professor of Transfusion Medicine: A total of 14 years of teaching and/or research experience at a recognized teaching institution, after the obtaining MD/DNB degree in the concerned specialty; as on last date for submission of applications. Out of total experience above, at least 3 years should have been as Associate Professor
