Educational Qualification:
TGT: Four years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Or Bachelor's degree with atleast 50% marks in the concerned subject and in aggregate.

Counsellor: M.A/M.Sc. Psychology from recognized university plus regular one year graduate with diploma in career guidance and counselling.

PEM/PTI and Matron: Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) four years degree course. Or Three years graduation + one year B.P.Ed Diploma.

Pay Scale:
INR
50000/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years.

About Sainik School Sambalpur

Sainik School Sambalpur is the 33rd Sainik School in the country and second in the state of Odisha. It was inaugurated by Shri Naveen Patnaik, Chief Minister of Odisha on 27 February 2015. The new building and infrastructure were brought up within five years. The concept of Sainik Schools was conceived by Mr. VK Krishna Menon, Defence Minister of India in the early 1960s. Mr. Menon felt that a school with rudiments of a military way of life in each state of our country could go a long way in building up an infrastructure for intake into the NDA. Thus, Sainik Schools came into being in each state.
