The Sanchi University is for the Buddhist-Indic specially for their studies which is situated very near to Sanchi, which is the world heritage site that is famous for the stupa & ancient history of Lord Buddha.The University is spread in 100 acres of land, in fact it is a small hill which is on the Bhopal-Sanchi highway which is nearby to tropic of cancer. The location is surrounded by green fields & forest laden hills on all the sides.
The Sanchi University is created a by trusted adviser of group which was known as the Sanchi University Mentor Group (SUMG). It shall intentionally, brainstorm & deeply think on all the aspects of the University and eventually bring out a related framework and within the framework use some strategy to bring different ideas into practice.Hence,this will help us in bringing out a strong foundation for this ambitious & unique initiative.The main objectives of the University is to promote study and research in Buddhist and Indic Studies which includes some of the principles of Dhamma, which is one of the a belief of the Indian culture and to make easy the cross-pollination ideas and foster harmony among-st various civilizations of the world.The University is meant to talk about some global issues and will slowly cover education, academics, philosophy, research etc from all the world , but its main focus is on Asian countries which is the land of genesis and spread of Buddhist-Indic culture.The university is related to work on the known & unknown ways of knowledge, academics, art, literature, etc that are related to ‘Dhamma-Dharma’ which is under the guidance of their great masters.
