Educational Qualification: Programme Manager (SARA): Candidate must be a Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/Child Development/Human Rights Public Administration/Psychology/Psychiatry/Law/Public Health/Community Resource Management from any recognized institution. The candidate should have 3 years experience in project formulation/implementation, monitoring & supervision in Women & Child Development/Social Welfare. Programme Officer (Training): Candidate must be a Graduate in Social Work/ Sociology/ Child Development/ Human Rights Public Administration/ Psychology/ Psychiatry/ Law/ Public Health/ Community Resource Management from a recognized University. Candidate should have 1 year experience in the field of Women & Child Development/Social Welfare. Legal-and-Probation Officer: The candidate must have LLB degree from any recognized institution . The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in legal and non-legal field. Counsellor (DCPU): Candidate must be a Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Public Health/Counseling from a recognized University. The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working with an NGO. Data Analyst: Candidate must be a graduate in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Computer from a recognized University. Social Worker: Candidate must be a Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/Social Science from a recognized University. Outreach Worker: Candidate must have passed class 12th from any recognized board. Probation Officer / Case Worker / Child Welfare Officer: Candidate must be a Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/Social Science from a recognized University. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the juvenile justice system with children living in difficult situations. Counselor (Home): Candidate must be a Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Public Health/Counseling from a recognized University. The candidate must have 2 years of experience working in a school or institution. Housefather / Housemother: The candidate must have passed class 12th. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working with children living in difficult circumstances. Para Medical Staff: Candidate must possess Diploma in Nursing. The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working in a hospital or institution. Physiotherapist: The candidate must be a graduate in Physiotherapy from a recognized institute. Candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience. Nurse (Female): Candidate must possess Diploma in Nursing. The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working in a hospital or institution.
Pay Scale: INR 25000/- Per Month
