1. Position : Architect

2. Job Description: 

a) Develop Data Roadmap/strategy for the organization

b) Analyze and gather requirements from Business managers

c) Configure interactive dashboards with drill down capabilities, filters and parameters

d) Define BI Standards, Guidelines and best practices to be followed across the organization

e) Evaluate various tools and identify/provide suitable recommended tool for the organization’s Data and BI Requirements

f) Design complex and voluminous data handling structures keeping in mind of performance and user experience

g) Resolve complex technical issues in implementation of End-to-End BI Solutions

h) Derive business insights and present to leadership for application and business improvements

i) Look for continuous optimization and improvements in Data Handling

3. Experience Requirements

a) 11-13 years of experience with Information Technology

b) 7-8 years of experience in BI Technologies/Tools and dashboard development.

4. Skill Set: 

a) Expertise in Business Intelligence (Report, KPI, Scorecards, Dashboards)

b) Expertise in Data Visualization, Analytics, Reporting Tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Microstrategy, Oracle Analytics, Informatica, Talend

c) Deep understanding of Data Analysis and Modeling techniques, BI Design

d) Strong data visualization skills and ability to present insights from analysis

e) Interpersonal and Leadership Skills

f) Able to work with cross functional teams

g) Vision for future and eye to detail

h) Financial Domain knowledge is an added plus
