Educational Qualification:
A. Category – I Graduate Apprentices:- A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Regular – Full time) with First Class granted by a Statutory University in relevantdiscipline. A Degree in Engineering or Technology (Regular – Full time) w i th F ir s t C la ss granted by an Institution empowered to grantsuch degree by an Act of Parliament in relevant discipline. Graduate examination of Professional bodies recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
B. Category – II Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:- A Diploma in Engineering or technology (Regular – Full time) granted by a State Council or Board ofTechnical Education established by a State Government in relevant discipline. A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Regular – Full time) granted by a University in relevant discipline. A Diploma in Engineering and Technology granted by an Institution recognised by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
C. Category – III Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentices:- A Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce / Humanities such as BA / B.Sc., / B.Com / BBA / BCA etc., (Regular – Full time) granted by a Statutory University / Deemed University in relevant discipline. – UGC approved.

Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/walkin interview. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as Graduate Apprentice, Diploma Apprentices in Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation.
