  • Nationality: Must be a citizen of India, Nepal, Bhutan, a Tibetan refugee, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, Vietnam, or the Middle East with the intention of permanently settling in India.
  • Educational Qualification: A degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institution in one of the following streams:
