Water and Land Management Institute (WALMI) was established by the government of Maharashtra established on 1st October 1980 to create awareness in the minds of water managers about an integrated approach toward water & land management with reference to irrigated crops under irrigation projects. WALMI is located in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. The institute has a well-developed infrastructure, a well-equipped computer center, library, and laboratories.
