Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Manager (Purchase) (1 Post): Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Business Administration or relevant discipline with minimum 6 years experience (min. 5 years in Contract/Purchase/Stores/Procurement) in Government/PSU/reputed organization. Practical GeM tendering experience mandatory.
• Junior Sous Chef (1 Post): Graduate with certification in Food Production & 4 years experience OR 10+2 with culinary arts certification & 5 years experience. Must know Continental, Curry & Tandoor.
• Commis-I (Indian) (1 Post): Diploma/Graduate with certification in Food Production & 2 years experience OR 10+2 with culinary certification & 5 years experience. Knowledge of Continental & Indian Curry required.
• Commis-I (Bakery & Confectionery) (1 Post): Diploma/Graduate with certification in Bakery & Confectionery & 2 years experience OR 10+2 with culinary certification & 5 years experience.
• Associate-Engineering (3 Posts): Three years Diploma/ITI in AC & Refrigeration / Electrician / Plumber with basic computer skills (MS Office). Minimum 2-3 years experience in hotel/restaurant/facility management.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Trade Test followed by Walk-in Interview: Applicable for Junior Sous Chef, Commis-I (Indian), and Commis-I (Bakery & Confectionery).
• Walk-in Interview only: Applicable for Manager (Purchase) and Associate-Engineering.
• Only provisionally eligible candidates (who produce original documents) will be allowed to appear for the interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the Trade Test/Walk-in Interview.
