Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Essential Qualification:
- Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
- Percentage/Grade criteria: Minimum of 60% or equivalent grade from graduation onwards.
- Minimum of 55% or equivalent grade in Class 10th and Class 12th.
- Desirable Qualification (Hands-on Experience):
- CFD softwares such as ANSYS, OpenFOAM, or Comsol.
- Friction stir based processes.
- Fortran or Python programming.
- Literature review, experimental planning, data analysis, and paper writing.
- Job Scope: Development of a numerical model for simulation of the Solid Stir Extrusion process, including physics-based modeling for material flow, temperature evolution, deformation characteristics, and grain structure prediction using FORTRAN code and CFD fundamentals.
