Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

The following categories of candidates are eligible to apply for the post of Registrar, RDCFA:

• Eminent artists / private persons meeting essential and desirable qualifications.
• Officers holding analogous posts in Central / State Government institutions (for deputation).
• A Lecturer in Bharatanatyam or Carnatic Music with 8 years' experience in a reputed institution and possessing the qualification for Lecturer (Pay Level 15 of Tamil Nadu Government State Pay Scales: Rs. 36,200 – Rs. 1,14,800 or equivalent).

Essential Qualifications:

• Class X passed.
• Diploma or Post Diploma in Bharatanatyam or Carnatic Music from a recognised institution in the particular field.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in the field.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Knowledge of South Indian languages and Hindi.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Scrutiny of applications received by the prescribed deadline.
