  \n • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognised university.
  \n • Hold either (a) analogous post on regular basis in Central/State Govt or courts/tribunals, OR (b) post in Central/State Govt or courts/tribunals with five years regular service in Pay Band‑3 (Rs.15,600‑39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.6,600 (Level‑11).
  \n • Age: not exceeding 56 years as on closing date.\n

• Assistant Registrar
  \n • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognised university.
  \n • Hold either (a) analogous post on regular basis in Central/State Govt or courts/tribunals, OR (b) five years regular service in Pay Band‑2 (Rs.9,300‑34,800) with Grade Pay Rs.5,400 (Level‑9), OR six years service in Grade Pay Rs.4,800 (Level‑8), OR seven years service in Grade Pay Rs.4,600 (Level‑7), OR ten years service in Grade Pay Rs.4,200 (Level‑6).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection will be based on the qualifications, relevant experience, and performance in the interview/scrutiny of prescribed documents. No written examination will be conducted. The competent authority reserves the right to fill or not fill the posts. No TA/DA will be paid for the deputation.
