Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Educational Qualification: Three years Regular and Full-time Graduate in any discipline from a UGC/AICTE recognized university. Minimum 55% marks in Final Year or aggregate of the Last Two Semesters is mandatory. CGPA/OGPA holders must provide equivalent percentage conversion proof.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience in PESO compliance and Ammonium Nitrate transportation. Training, internship, and apprenticeship periods will not be counted. Preference for candidates from the Explosive Industry.
- Age Limit: Upper age limit is 46 years for Unreserved candidates as on 01 August 2026. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PwBD candidates as per DPE guidelines, and an additional 5 years for children of 1984 riot victims.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection will be based on a 100-mark Skill Test designed to assess practical knowledge and safety awareness. Candidates must score at least 60 marks to qualify.
- Practical Job Knowledge & Role Handling: 70 Marks
- Safety Awareness & Computer Knowledge: 20 Marks
- Communication Skills: 10 Marks
Documents will be verified prior to the Skill Test. Call letters will be sent via SMS/Email. Ties are resolved based on Graduation percentage, SSC percentage, then Date of Birth (earlier is senior). A waitlist is valid for one year. Candidates must pass a pre-employment medical exam. Travelling Allowance: Outstation candidates will be reimbursed to and fro III tier AC Train/Bus fare based on receipts. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates who are ineligible or fail to produce original documents.
