Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Essential Qualification: Regular Full-time B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised Institute/University.
• Desirable Qualification: Post-Graduate Diploma in Management/MBA/M.E./M.Tech.
• Experience: Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in the renewable energy sector.
• Domain Expertise Required:
• Planning, development, implementation, operation, or consultancy of projects involving Solar, Wind, Hybrid RE, BESS, Pumped Storage, Green Hydrogen, or other clean energy projects.
• Preparation of feasibility studies, DPRs, techno-commercial evaluation, bid process management (RFQ/RFP), and contract management.
• Regulatory compliance, power evacuation, grid integration, and stakeholder coordination with Utilities, DISCOMs, and Financial Institutions.
• Eligibility for Applicants:
• Individuals retired/separated at the level of E8 from CPSE.
• Level 13 & 14 as per 7th CPC in Govt. of India.
• For others, minimum CTC of Rs. 42.5 lakhs per annum.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The recruitment is done based on the screening of the application/CV. The selection will be carried out as per the norms of the company. The appointment is purely on a contract basis and will not entitle any candidate to claim regular/ permanent employment in RECPDCL. Candidates may be required to produce their relieving order and last pay slip at the time of selection/ joining. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the selection process.
