Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• From ITBP: Inspector (Combatant Ministerial) in Level-7 OR Sub-Inspector (Combatant Ministerial) in Level-6 with 5 years of regular service in the grade.
• From Central Govt. Ministries/Departments: Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis OR officers with 5 years of regular service in Level-6.
• Departmental Assistants: 5 years of regular service in Level-6.
• Mandatory Training: Must have successfully completed the Cash and Accounts Course conducted by ISTM (Institute of Secretariat Training and Management).
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in cash, accounts, and budget work.
• Medical Standard: Medical Category SHAPE-1.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection will be done strictly on the basis of merit and suitability through a deputation-based screening process. Applications will be evaluated based on eligibility, experience, and past performance (APAR/ACR). Deputation tenures are initially for a specified period, subject to which absorption into the permanent cadre may be considered after 1 year of regular service as Inspector (Accountant), subject to vigilance and integrity clearances. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in any stage of the recruitment process.
