- Educational Qualification: Full Time Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university/institution.
- Desirable: Master's Degree in Architecture; working knowledge of BIM and 3D visualization software such as SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, etc.
- Minimum Post-Qualification Experience: 11 years, out of which minimum 9 years must be in planning, design and execution of multi-storied Educational, Residential / Industrial / Convention Centres / Museums / Railway Station / Air Concourse Buildings, Pre-engineered steel buildings, Landscape and Interior designing projects.
Experience Definition by Sector
- Central/State Govt./PSU/Autonomous Organizations (IDA/CDA Pay Scale): Total 11 years of experience and must have worked for at least 2 years in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 60,000–1,80,000 / CDA pay scale at Level 11 of the 7th CPC pay matrix (or pre-revised equivalent).
- State PSUs / Autonomous Organizations / PSBs / Public Sector Insurance Companies / Statutory Bodies (Non-IDA/CDA): Total 11 years experience with at least 2 years at a pay scale equivalent to IDA Rs. 60,000–1,80,000 / CDA Level 11. Equivalence determined by comparing maximum basic pay with the relevant IDA/CDA scale. The 2-year residency condition in the immediate lower scale does not apply if the candidate is already in the same or higher pay scale.
- Private Sector / Other Organizations: Total 11 years of post-qualification experience with an annual CTC of at least Rs. 24.10 LPA on the last date for submission of the application.
- For all categories, the eligibility criteria apply for the latest (most recent) organization in which the candidate has worked or is currently working.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection process for RITES VC No. RG/47/26 involves the following stages:
- Document Scrutiny: Applications and uploaded documents will be scrutinized by RITES Limited. Only candidates found eligible will be called for original document verification and interview. Candidates are solely responsible for uploading all supporting documents substantiating their claims in the online application.
