Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• General: Only Indian citizens. Eligibility (Qualification & Experience) is assessed as on 31.08.2026.
• Head Sales: MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution. Minimum 15 years experience in Wealth Management/Retail Banking/AMC sales, with 8+ years leading large teams. Preferred: CFP/CFA/NISM certifications.
• Central Research Team (Product Lead): MBA/PGDM or CA/CFA. Minimum 5 years in Equity Research/Products in Wealth Management/AMC/Banks. Preferred: NISM/CFP certifications.
• Manager (Business Process): MBA/PGDM from a recognized university. Minimum 5 years in Bank/Wealth Management/Broking firms.
• Project Development Manager (Technology): BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MBA/PGDM from a recognized university. Minimum 4 years in banking technology.
• Central Operations Team (COT) Support: Graduate from a recognized university. Minimum 3 years in financial services/wealth management, including 2 years in Central Operations.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted by a Bank committee based on parameters decided by them. Meeting minimum eligibility does not guarantee an interview call.
2. Interview & CTC Negotiation: Shortlisted candidates will face a personal/video interview (100 marks) followed by CTC negotiation. Qualifying marks are at the Bank's discretion.
3. Merit List: Final merit is based solely on interview scores. In case of a tie, the older candidate is ranked higher.
4. Document Verification: Original documents are verified at the interview. Candidates may be subject to police verification.
5. TA/DA: No TA/DA is payable to candidates for appearing in the interview.
