Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Deputy Vice President (Analytical Marketing & Campaign): Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Statistics / Data Science / Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience in marketing in e-Commerce, Banking Industry, Fintech Company, Information Technology, or consumer-facing company.
• Deputy Vice President (Digital Marketing): Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Mass Communication / Digital Marketing, or related field. Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience in marketing in e-Commerce, Banking Industry, Fintech Company, Information Technology, or consumer-facing company.
• Content Specialist: Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Communications / Journalism / Advertising or related field. 5-7 years of hands-on experience in content production, digital operations, or creative coordination roles, ideally in financial services or regulated industries.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection process will involve shortlisting of applications, followed by an interview and CTC negotiation. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
