- District Mission Coordinator (DMC): 5 years regular Government service, Post Graduate degree in Social Work / Rural Development / Public Administration / Management / Economics / Social Sciences / Literature, 3 years leadership experience, 6 months people orientation/coordination/innovation experience, minimum 3 years service remaining in Government, read/write/speak Malayalam.
- Assistant District Mission Coordinator – Mission I: 3 years regular Government service, Post Graduate degree in Management/Human Resources/Education/Training/Finance/Commerce/Economics/Banking/Rural Finance/Development Finance/Social Work/Rural Development/Development Studies/Sociology/Public Administration/Literature, 1 year leadership experience, 6 months orientation/coordination/innovation experience, age up to 50 years / service remaining, Malayalam proficiency.
- Assistant District Mission Coordinator – Mission II: 3 years regular Government service, Post Graduate degree in Management/Entrepreneurship/Rural Management/Commerce/Economics/Marketing/Development Studies/Agriculture/Agro‑business/Agricultural Economics/Food Technology/Human Resources/Social Work/Vocational Education/Literature, 1 year leadership experience, 6 months orientation/coordination/innovation experience, age up to 50 years / service remaining, Malayalam proficiency.

Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection will be carried out in the following stages:
- Scrutiny of applications received at Kudumbashree State Mission by the Committee.
- Shortlisted candidates will prepare and deliver a mandatory presentation on Kudumbashree based on a format shared with them.
- An interview or interaction conducted by an Interview Panel.
Only candidates selected through the interview stage will be forwarded to the Government for appointment. No TA/DA will be paid for the process.
