Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

All pay is consolidated per month. No other allowances are applicable. An annual increment applies based on satisfactory performance. The maximum age limit for every post is 40 years as on 02 November 2026. No age relaxation is mentioned.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

All qualifications must be full-time from a recognized University / Institute. For PKI Administrator, degrees must be from recognized University / Central or State Govt. institutions / UGC-affiliated institution / AICTE approved institution. Experience is calculated from the date of attaining the minimum essential qualification.

System Administrator / Network Administrator (Bangalore)

• Essential Qualification: B.Tech (CS/IT/EC) / MCA / MSc (IT/CS/EC) from any recognized University/Institute (full-time)
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in system/network administration, troubleshooting, switching, and routing in an organization covering general domain system administration with user accounts management, network administration, security administration, web-server and database administration
• Desirable: CCNA/CCNP certification; strong understanding of LAN/WAN administration; experience with firewall management, VPN, routers (Cisco, SonicWall, Juniper SRX, Palo Alto); knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, MPLS, VLANs, QoS

System Security Officer (Bangalore)

• Essential Qualification: B.Tech (CS/IT/EC) / MCA / MSc (IT/CS/EC) from any recognized University/Institute (full-time)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in respective area
• Desirable: Certifications: CEH, CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001; experience in building/maintaining security systems; knowledge of firewalls, IDS, anti-virus, authentication systems, log management

Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Administrator (Noida)

• Essential Qualification: B.Tech (CS/IT/EC) / MCA / MSc (IT/CS/EC) from recognized University/UGC-affiliated/AICTE approved institution (full-time)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with public key infrastructure (PKI)
• Pay Note: Rs. 70,000/- is consolidated emoluments including employee and employer share for PF, ESI, bonus, insurance, security etc.
• Desirable: WebTrust audit criteria understanding; Certificate Authority Administration; PrimeKey EJBCA or Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS) experience; Windows Server 2019+, Linux; Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, WSUS, DNS; Cloud technologies proficiency

Certifying Authority (CA) Administrator (Noida)

• Essential Qualification: B.Tech (CS/IT/EC) / MCA / MSc (IT/CS/EC) from any recognized University/Institute (full-time)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in respective area
• Desirable: In-depth PKI knowledge including certificate hierarchies, certificate policies, CRLs; senior engineering or leadership experience in cyber security; CA system design, implementation, management; cryptographic key lifecycle management; risk assessments for CA systems

Resident Engineer (Bangalore)

• Essential Qualification: B.Tech (CS/IT/EC) / MCA / MSc (IT/CS/EC) from any recognized University/Institute (full-time)
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on technical experience in network administration, troubleshooting, switching, and routing in an organization
• Desirable: CCNA/CCNP; network infrastructure, LAN/WAN; firewall management, VPN; routers (Cisco, SonicWall, Juniper SRX, Palo Alto); TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, MPLS, VLANs, QoS

Contract Terms & Job Nature

• The engagement is for a minimum period of 3 years, extendable by 2 further years on satisfactory performance as specified by the Principal Employer / User Department.
• Selected candidates will sign a contract agreement with TCIL.
• The contractual employee shall not claim any appointment in TCIL or NIXI during or after the contract period.
• The engagement is temporary in nature and does not entitle the employee to seek regularization or parity in emoluments with TCIL's regular or other contractual employees.
• The contract may be terminated by giving one month's notice.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The mode of selection shall be Interview.
• TCIL reserves the right to shortlist applicants for interview and is not bound to call all candidates meeting the eligibility criteria.
• The interview venue shall be intimated separately to shortlisted candidates via email.
• Information about participating in the selection process shall be communicated through email only to candidates found apparently eligible based on the application data and documents submitted.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or joining the duty on selection.
• TCIL reserves the right to modify the selection procedure, if deemed fit.
