The CSIR-Traditional Knowledge Digital Library Unit (CSIR-TKDL) is conducting a walk-in interview for the engagement of two Project Associate-I positions under the research project titled "The Importance of Traditional Wisdom: Environmental Consciousness in Vedic and other literature and its Relevance for Modern Climate Strategies (GAP-000001)". These are temporary contract roles without any right to permanent absorption in CSIR.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Post 1 (TKEE0101): Master's/Integrated Master's Degree in Natural Sciences or Forestry/Ecology or related fields from a recognized University. Desirable: Experience in field surveys, resource mapping, monitoring ecological indicators, and conservation management strategies.
- Post 2 (TKEE0201): Master's/Integrated Master's Degree in Environmental Sciences/Environmental Management/Environmental Studies/Environmental Engineering from a recognized University. Desirable: Experience in environmental monitoring or climate change-related project activities.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Candidates must report in person for a Walk-in Interview between 09:30 AM and 10:30 AM on 12 November 2026. Original certificates for age, qualification, marks, and experience will be verified. The decision of the Head, CSIR-TKDL Unit, is final and binding. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
