Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Post: Superintending Engineer (Civil)
- Deputation Sources: Officers under Central Government, State Government, UT Administration, PSU, Universities, Recognized Research Institutions, Semi-Government, Autonomous or Statutory Organization.
- Essential Experience:
- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department OR
- 5 years service in Level-12 (Rs 78800-209200) OR
- 10 years service in Level-11 (Rs 67700-208700)
- Educational Qualification:
- Degree in Civil Engineering of a recognized University/Institute OR
- Having passed Part A & B Examination of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Civil Engineering.
- Technical Experience: 10 years experience in Planning or Execution or Maintenance of Civil Engineering Projects.
- Restriction: Departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of Promotion will not be eligible for appointment on deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration by promotion.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Selection will be strictly based on the merit of eligible officers fulfilling the criteria of analogous post/level and requisite experience.
- Candidates must be able to be relieved immediately on selection.
- Screening of applications will be conducted to verify vigilance, integrity, and ACRs dossier of the last five years.
- Period of Deputation (ISTC) ordinarily shall not exceed five years.
- TA/DA: Not Applicable (Offline submission via employer).
