- ST: 2%
- OBC: 27% (Non-Creamy Layer only)
- EWS: 10%
- PwBD: 4% (horizontal reservation across categories)
- Ex-Servicemen: 1% (horizontal reservation)

Horizontal reservations (PwBD, Ex-Servicemen) are applied within each vertical category. Valid caste, income, domicile, and disability certificates issued by competent authorities in Uttar Pradesh must be submitted during verification. Only UP-domiciled candidates are eligible.
