What are the physical standards for UP Police Sub Inspector?

Physical standards for UP Police SI differ by gender and category. Measurements are verified during the Physical Measurement Test (PMT).

For Male Candidates:
- Height: General/OBC/EWS – 168 cm; SC/ST – 165 cm
- Chest: General/OBC/EWS – 80 cm (unexpanded) with 5 cm expansion; SC/ST – 79 cm with 5 cm expansion

For Female Candidates:
- Height: General/OBC/EWS – 152 cm; SC/ST – 150 cm
- Weight: Proportionate to height and age (minimum 40 kg)

Chest measurement is not applicable for females. No relaxation is provided except for candidates from specific regions (e.g., hilly areas), as notified by UPPRPB.
