What is the probation period for BSF Constable?

BSF Constable undergoes a training period of approximately 12 to 14 weeks at a BSF training centre, which also serves as the probationary phase.

- Successful completion of training is mandatory for confirmation
- During training, candidates receive stipend and are evaluated on discipline, physical fitness, weapon handling, and drills
- Failure in any component may lead to discharge
