The Department of Social Justice and Empowerment (DoSJE) reported that 1.87 lakh candidates received skill training and 96,162 secured placements under PM-DAKSH Yojana.
Launched in FY 2020-21, the central sector scheme targets SCs, OBCs, EWS, DNTs, and Safai Karamcharis aged 18 to 45 years.
Actual expenditure stood at Rs 309.5 crore against an allocated budget of Rs 276.47 crore between 2020-21 and 2023-24.
