Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for the Faculty and Senior Resident posts at ESIC Bhubaneswar must meet the following requirements:

• Essential Qualification: MBBS with relevant Post-Graduate qualification (MD/MS/DNB or equivalent) in the respective specialty, strictly adhering to the norms prescribed by the National Medical Commission (NMC) / ESIC Headquarters.
• Age Limit (as on 31 October 2026):
  • Teaching Faculties: Not exceeding 67 years
  • Senior Residents (Clinical): Not exceeding 45 years
  • Senior Residents (Non-Clinical / Para-Clinical): Not exceeding 50 years
• Other Conditions:
  • Candidates currently serving in Government/Autonomous/Statutory Institutions must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
  • Candidates on deputation are not eligible for this contractual recruitment.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection of candidates for the 75 contractual vacancies at ESIC Bhubaneswar will be carried out through the following stages:

1. Document Verification: Initial screening by the Document Verification Committee to verify the authenticity of educational qualifications, experience, and medical registration certificates.
2. Personal Interview: An interview conducted by the duly constituted Selection Board based on academic credentials and performance in the interview.

Attendance Instructions: Candidates reporting to the venue after 10:00 AM on the respective interview date will be considered absent.
Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the walk-in interview.
