Troubleshooting
If you face any issues while downloading your admit card, follow these solutions:
- Admit card not opening or page not loading: Clear your browser cache, try a different browser (Chrome/Firefox/Edge), or use a stable internet connection. The portal may be slow due to high traffic – try during off-peak hours (early morning or late night).
- Wrong details on admit card (name, photo, post, etc.): Contact the Gauhati High Court recruitment helpline immediately via the official website ghconline.gov.in or the email provided on the portal. Do not wait until the exam day.
- Forgot application/registration number: Check your registered email ID or SMS inbox. The registration number was sent at the time of submission. Alternatively, use the “Forgot Application Number” option on the login page (if available) or contact support.
- Photo not visible or mismatched: This is a critical issue – reach out to the High Court authorities at least 48 hours before the exam to get a corrected admit card.
- Unable to print: Ensure you have a PDF reader installed. Save the file first, then print from the saved copy to avoid formatting issues.
