Candidates must carry a copy of the submitted online application, two recent passport-size colour photographs, and originals plus self-attested copies of the following testimonials:

  • 10th pass / Matriculation certificate (as proof of date of birth), issued by the concerned education board
  • Class XII marksheet issued by the concerned education board; or semester-wise / year-wise marksheets of ITI (Fitter) issued by NCVET or SCVT / Graduation / Diploma in Engineering, as applicable
  • Class XII certificate, or Final ITI (Fitter) certificate issued by NCVET or SCVT, or Graduation / Diploma certificate issued by the respective board / authority
  • Conversion certificate from CGPA / OGPA / letter grade to percentage of marks, from the concerned university / institute, if applicable
  • Certificate from the Principal of the Polytechnic / School / College / Institute mentioning the date of publication of result, confirming the course was completed through regular full-time mode along with a statement on good conduct
  • SC / ST / Disability Certificate, or OBC (NCL) Certificate with declaration, or EWS Income & Asset Certificate with the prescribed declaration — in the prescribed format available on www.iocl.com / www.iocrefrecruit.in, issued by the competent authority, as applicable
  • For post code 111 (Data Entry Operator – Skill Certificate Holders): Skill certificate in “Domestic Data Entry Operator” issued by an awarding body recognised under the National Skill Qualifications Framework or another Central Government-recognised authority
  • Print of NATS / NAPS portal registration with applicant details
  • Affidavit confirming compliance with all eligibility conditions prescribed for apprenticeship, as per the standard prescribed template
  • Original photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID Card, etc.) along with a self-attested copy
  • Any other certificate, as may be applicable

What’s Next After Document Verification?

After the Document Verification process concludes, here is what shortlisted candidates should expect:

  • Eligibility Confirmation: Candidates found eligible after document verification will be advised to report for the Pre-Engagement Medical Examination (PEME).
  • PEME Duration: The medical examination process can stretch up to 3 days or more. Candidates are advised to make their own stay and travel arrangements accordingly.
  • Medical Test Referrals: Candidates may be referred outside the Bongaigaon Refinery Hospital for certain medical tests and should carry sufficient cash or an online payment method.
  • Reimbursement: A maximum of Rs. 3,000 will be reimbursed towards expenses incurred for tests / investigations during PEME, on production of receipts. SC / ST / PwBD candidates attending DV will be reimbursed single second-class railway fare from the nearest railway station of their mailing address to the venue and back, by the shortest route, on production of the ticket — provided the distance is not less than 30 km.
