LIC AAO Interview 

The LIC AAO interview round is scheduled to carry a weightage of 60 marks. During this phase, the assessing authorities will evaluate candidates based on their communication skills, as well as analytical and theoretical knowledge. To qualify, candidates need to secure a minimum of 30 marks for unreserved categories and 27 marks for SC/ST/PWdB category students in the interview round. Approximately three times the total number of vacancies will be shortlisted for the interview stage. The final merit list will be compiled by considering the marks obtained in both the LIC AAO mains exam and the interview round.
