Selection / Merit List Details

The PSSSB Line Superintendent Merit List 2026 has been prepared strictly on the basis of the marks obtained by candidates in the written examination held on 19/07/2026. The selection process considered:

• Performance in the written test (objective type).
• Normalization of marks (if multiple shifts were conducted) — the board follows a standard normalization formula.
• Reservation policy as per Punjab Government norms for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PwD categories.
• No interview or skill test was involved at this stage; the final merit list determines eligibility for document verification.

What After Result?

Candidates whose roll numbers appear in the merit list must prepare for the next stage:

• Medical Examination: After DV, selected candidates will undergo a medical test as per departmental standards.
