Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Senior Resident (Medical Oncology):
- MD/DNB in General Medicine or Radiation Oncology.
- The qualification must be recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Open only to Indian Nationals.
- Age Relaxation:
- OBC: 3 Years
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- Physically Handicapped (PH): 10 Years
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Candidates reporting at the venue during the reporting time will undergo the following selection process:
- Document Verification: Scrutiny of original certificates and experience letters.
- MCQ Test: A Multiple Choice Question screening test may be conducted on the day of the interview.
- Personal Interview: An interview by the selection committee for shortlisted candidates.
Screening Clause: Tata Memorial Centre reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates called for MCQ/Interview based on the number of vacancies and candidate performance. They may also set minimum qualifying marks. Meeting the prescribed qualification alone does not entitle an applicant to be called for the interview.
TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in interview.
Online Interview Option: Indian Nationals unable to attend physically can email their CV and certificates as PDFs with the subject "Application for the post of Senior Resident" to the official email ID by 02 November 2026, 12:00 PM. Only shortlisted candidates will receive the link for the online interview.
Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates
Candidates must bring the following physical copies to Meeting Room 306:
- Recent CV.
- Passport size photograph.
- Original and Xerox copies of educational certificates (MD/DNB, etc.).
- Original and Xerox copies of work experience certificates.
- Aadhaar Card.
Pay, Tenure, and Security Deposit Details
- Tenure: The post is contractual for a period up to 31 July 2027. Selected candidates are required to join immediately.
- Accommodation: Hostel accommodation on campus subject to availability.
- Security Deposit: Rs. 1,33,623/- payable at the time of joining or deducted in 5 equal instalments from salary. Refundable without interest after completion of tenure.
- Resignation Clause: Candidates can resign after 5 months of service with 1 month's notice (Total 6 months) to get the deposit refund. Leaving without notice forfeits the last month's salary.
