Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Applications are invited only from eligible serving officers of Central / State Government, Union Territory Governments, Autonomous Bodies, Universities, Public Sector Undertakings, R&D Organisations, Police Departments (Central/State/UT), and Armed Forces including Para Military Forces. Deputation eligibility is governed by DoPT O.M. No. 2/6/2018-Estt. (Pay-II) dated 18.05.2018, as amended from time to time.

Medical Superintendent (Level-14)

• Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (qualifications in Part-II / Third Schedule must also fulfil conditions under Section 13(3) of the Act)
• Postgraduate qualification such as MD, MS, or recognized equivalent, or M.H.A. (Masters in Hospital Administration), or a Post-Graduate Degree recognized as equivalent to M.H.A. by the Medical Council of India
• Ten years' experience in Hospital Administration in senior position after obtaining the PG Degree, preferably in hospitals with 300 beds

Financial Advisor (Level-13)

• Officers of Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Central Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, PSUs, or R&D Organisations holding analogous post, OR
• Five years' regular service from Organized Accounts Service in Grade Pay Rs. 7,600, OR
• Officers with five years' regular service at the level of Deputy Secretary of Central Government in Grade Pay Rs. 7,600 and having three years' experience in finance and accounts

Superintending Engineer (Level-13)

• Officers of Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Central Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, PSUs, or R&D Organisations holding analogous post, OR
• Executive Engineers with 5 years of regular service in Grade Pay Rs. 7,600, OR
• Executive Engineers with 10 years of regular service in Grade Pay Rs. 6,600

Nursing Superintendent (Level-11)

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• All posts are filled on deputation basis. Selection will be made based on eligibility, suitability, and the officer's Confidential Reports.
• The eligibility criteria will be regulated as per the relevant Recruitment Rules / DoPT instructions applicable from time to time.
• Applications will be screened for compliance with essential qualifications, experience, vigilance clearance, and proper channel forwarding.
• No written test or interview schedule has been separately announced. The selection will be through scrutiny of applications and as per standard deputation transfer procedures.
• Deputation terms and conditions are governed by DoPT O.M. No. 2/6/2018-Estt. (Pay-II) dated 18.05.2018, as amended from time to time.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for any stage of the recruitment process.

The pay scales range from Rs. 25,500 – 81,100 (Level-4) for Upper Division Clerk to Rs. 1,44,200 – 2,18,200 (Level-14) for Medical Superintendent as per the 7th Central Pay Commission. The Medical Superintendent post also includes Non-Practice Allowance (NPA).
