The Executive Director, AIIMS Bilaspur invites applications in the prescribed pro- forma from eligible Officers of Central/State Government/U.T./Autonomous Bodies/Universities/ Public Sector Undertaking/R&D Organization for filling up the following posts on Deputation Basis in All India Institute of Medical Sciences Bilaspur. The essential qualification experience etc. required for applying these posts and detailed terms and conditions are as under:-

1. Name of post: Executive Engineer (Civil)

2. No. of Posts: 01

3. Pay Level: Level-11

4. Qualification & Experience for Deputation: Officers under the Central/State/UT Govts./Universities/Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or Research & Development Organizations. Holding analogous posts on regular basis. Or Assistant Engineers (Civil) with 5 years regular service in the pay level-10 or Grade Pay of 5400 in PB-03.

1. Name of post: Executive Engineer (Electrical)

3. Pay Level: Level-11

4. Qualification & Experience for Deputation: Officers under the Central/State/UT Govts./Universities/Statutory/Autonomous Bodies or Research & Development Organisations. Holding analogous posts on regular basis. Or Assistant Engineers (Electrical) with 5 years regular service in the pay level-10 or Grade Pay of 7 5400 in PB-03.

1. Name of post: Accounts Officer

2. No. of Posts: 01

3. Pay Level: Level-10

4. Qualification & Experience for Deputation: Officers under the Central/State/U.T. Governments/Universities/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies/ Research and Development Organizations. Holding analogous posts on regular basis. Or With 2/3 years regular service in the relevant field in the pay level of 8/7 or grade pay of Rs.4800/4600 respectively.

1. Name of post: Staff Nurse Grade-I

2. No. of Posts: 20

3. Pay Level: Level-08

4. Qualification & Experience for Deputation: Officers of the State/ Central Government or Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts or Staff Nurse Grade II (Sister Grade I) with 3 years regular service in the pay level -07 or Grade Pay of Rs.4600/-. And

a) B.Sc. Nursing (4 year course) from a recognized Institute/university. Or B.Sc (Post Certificate) or equivalent such as B.Sc Nursing (Post Basic) (2 year course) from a recognized Institute

b) Should be registered with the Indian Nursing Council/ State Nursing Council

c) Experience: Three years of experience as Staff Nurse Grade -II in a minimum 200 bedded hospital/healthcare Institute.

d) Desirable Ability to use computers Hands on experience in office applications, spread sheets and presentations.

1. Name of post: Librarian Grade-I

3. Pay Level: Level-07

4. Qualification & Experience for Deputation: Officers under the Central/State/U.T Governments/Universities/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations. Holding analogous posts on regular basis Or 3 years regular service in the pay level -06 or Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- in the relevant field and possessing educational qualifications:-

a) Bachelor Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Service from a recognized University/Institute. Or B.Sc Degree or equivalent from a recognized University and Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent in Library Science from a recognized University/Institute. And 5 years' experience in a library of repute. Ability to use computers-Hands on experience in office applications, spread sheets and presentations.

4. Qualification & Experience for Deputation: Officers under the Central/State/UT Governments/Universities/Statutory, Autonomous Bodies/ Research & Development Organisations

a) holding analogous posts on regular basis Or with 10 years regular service as Stenographer in the pay level of 04 or GP 2400.

2. No. of Posts: 01

3. Pay Level: Level-06

4. Qualification & Experience for Deputation: Officers under the Central/State/UT Governments/Universities/Statutory, Autonomous Bodies/ Research & Development Organisations 

a) holding analogous posts on regular basis, Or with 10 years regular service in the pay level-04 of pay matrix or Grade Pay of 2400/- And Degree of recognised university or equivalent. Proficiency in computers.

2. No. of Posts: 02

3. Pay Level: Level-06

4. Qualification & Experience for Deputation: Officers under the Central/State/UT Governments/Universities/Statutory, Autonomous Bodies/ Research & Development Organisations

a) holding analogous posts on regular basis Or with 5 years regular service in pay level-05 of pay matrix or Grade Pay- 2800 in the relevant field. With 8 years regular service in pay level-04 of pay matrix or Grade Pay 2400. and

b) Graduate from recognised university/institute. Diploma/Certificate in housekeeping/ Material Management/ Public Relations/ Estate Management. Possessing two years experience of handling hostels in Government/Reputed organizations.
