Offline applications from Indian citizens/other citizens as permissible under the applicable Act/Rules are invited for the following faculty posts on Direct Recruitment Basis In Various Departments in All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh).

3. Qualifications: A medical Qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (Persons possessing qualifications included in part II of third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in section 13(3) of the Act.) A recognized post graduate qualification e.g., MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject. AND/OR M.Ch. for surgical Super specialty and D.M. for Medical Super specialty (2 years or 3 years or 5 years recognized course) or qualification recognized equivalent there to.

4. Experience: Fourteen years teaching and/or research experience in recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D. /M.S. or qualification recognized equivalent thereto. OR Twelve years teaching and/or research experience in recognized Institute in the subject of specialty after obtaining the Degree of M.Ch./D.M. (2 years or 5 years course recognized after MBBS) in the respective discipline/subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto. OR Eleven years teaching and/or research experience in recognized Institution in the subject of specialty for the candidates possessing 3 years recognized Degree of D.M/M. Ch in the respective discipline/subject or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

5. Essential for Non-Medical Candidates: Post graduate qualification e.g., Master degree in the discipline.  A Doctorate degree of a recognized University in concerned discipline.

6. Experience: Fourteen years teaching and/or research experience in the discipline/subject concerned after obtaining the Doctorate degree.

7. Essential for Medical Candidates I to 2 same as for Professor (Medical)

8. Experience: Ten years teaching and/or research experience in recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D. /M.S. or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

9. Essential for Super specialty disciplines: Same as Professor (Medical) 2) D.M. in the respective discipline/subject for medical super specialty and M.Ch. in the respective discipline/subject for surgical super specialty (2 years or 3 years or 5 years recognized course) or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

10. Salary: Level 14-A of the Pay Matrix as given in the MoH&FW (INI-I-Section), Gol Letter No.V- 16020/28/2017-INI-I (Pt.), dated 23d August, 2018 i.e., Minimum Pay of Rs.1,68,900/-. (Plus NPA for medically qualified candidates only) Rs.37,400-67,000+AGP Rs.10,500/- (6" CPC)
