All pay figures correspond to the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) Pay Matrix Levels. The period of deputation will be for a period of three (3) years, extendable for a maximum of five years as per DoPT guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

1. Librarian Grade-I (Documentalist) — 1 Post, Level-7

• Eligible Officers: Officers under Central/State Governments, Union Territories, or Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts on a regular basis, OR officers with 3 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 4,200.
• Essential Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from a recognized University/Institute; alternatively, B.Sc. Degree or equivalent plus Bachelor's Degree or Graduate Diploma or equivalent in Library Science.
• Experience: 5 years' experience in a library of repute.
• Computer Skills: Ability to use computers with hands-on experience in office applications, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Desirable: Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA).

2. Manager / Supervisor / Gas Officer — 1 Post, Level-7

• Eligible Officers: Officers holding analogous posts in Government Organizations, or holding posts with 11 years of relevant experience in the grade pay of Rs. 2,800.
• Essential Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 or 7 years of working experience with Manifold or its repairs in a supervisory capacity in a Medical Setup.
• Additional Requirement: Must be capable of carrying out work associated with Medical Gas Management distribution line, taps, cocks, and outlets.

3. Laundry Manager — 1 Post, Level-6

• Eligible Officers: Officers working in a minimum 200-bedded hospital of Central/State/Union Territory Governments, or Central/Autonomous/Statutory/Local Self Government Bodies, or Public Sector Undertakings holding analogous posts; OR officers holding a post in the grade pay of Rs. 2,400 with 10 years of regular service.
• Essential Qualification: 12th Standard Pass and Diploma/Certificate in Dry Cleaning / Laundry Technology from a recognized Institute.
• Experience: 12 years' experience in a reputed mechanized Laundry.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection process for these deputation posts is regulated as per the relevant Recruitment Rules and DoPT instructions as applicable. The stages are as follows:

1. Application Scrutiny: Applications will be scrutinized for eligibility, completeness, and compliance with prescribed proforma.
2. Document Verification: Original documents including Confidential Reports / APARs, Vigilance Clearance, educational qualifications, and experience certificates will be verified.
3. Selection by Selection Committee: A Selection Committee constituted by AIIMS Patna will evaluate eligible candidates and recommend names for appointment on deputation.

Critical Screening Clause: Applications received without Vigilance Clearance and attested copies of CR/APAR Dossiers will not be considered. The period of deputation shall be three (3) years initially and extendable for a maximum period of five years as per DoPT guidelines.
