Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Consultant – Business Development (Naval Domain):
- Must be a Retired Officer of the Indian Navy (Gunnery) of the rank of Captain.
- Must possess experience in Naval Acquisition Wing / Procurement of Capital Items.
- Age Limit: Below 62 years as on the closing date of application.
- The retired personnel must be clear from Vigilance/Disciplinary angle at the time of retirement.
Who Cannot Apply: Employees who have opted for Voluntary Retirement from the regular services of AVNL/Erstwhile OFB Units/other PSUs/Autonomous bodies/Govt. Departments/Defence services.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection will be based on an assessment of the following parameters:
- Prior Work Experience (20 marks)
- Technical / Domain Expertise (25 marks)
- Potential to shoulder higher responsibilities (15 marks)
- Developing team (15 marks)
- Aligning performance for success (10 marks)
- Interview (15 marks)
Total Assessment: 85 marks (Parameters) + 15 marks (Interview) = 100 marks.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
